TerraSurvey Inc. is a Professional Land Surveying firm located in Ashland, Oregon and provides full spectrum land surveying services which include property boundary surveys, topographic surveys, land divisions and construction surveys. While the majority of the work consists of projects in and around the Ashland area TerraSurvey, Inc. has done considerable work throughout Jackson County as well. We have provided services for projects as far south as Sonoma County, California and as far north as Douglas County, Oregon. We typically perform work in both the public and private sector for projects large and small.
TerraSurvey, Inc. was established in 1999 by two Licensed Professional Land Surveyors, Stuart M. Osmus and Richard F. Alspach, who together possessed more that 40 years of land surveying and mapping experience. In 2007 Stuart and Richard were joined by Fred A. Frantz another Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the land surveying profession. This experience is utilized daily since the principals of Terrasurvey, Inc. participate fully in both the field and office operations on all projects. We utilize the appropriate technology, tools and techniques to complete the job in the most efficient, professional, and cost effective manner. It is our goal to provide professional, responsive, service, on time, all the time.
